Derek has over 20 years of talent acquisition experience in the (AEC) industry. This extensive experience, plus a strong network in the industry, allows Derek to bring a wealth of insights, strategies, and best practices to every project. He is dedicated to helping organizations find the right talent and supporting industry professionals in their career growth.
Interests/Hobbies:
Derek enjoys family time with his wife, two step-kids, and their lively golden retriever. His passions include golf, attending sports events, and traveling.

Kyle has over 16 years of experience specifically in the (AEC) industry, both in the talent acquisition/recruiting space as well as on the engineering consulting side. He has worked with various Architecture, Civil & Structural Engineering consultants, as well as, General & Design-Build Contractors in all of the major metropolitan cities across Texas.
Interests/Hobbies:
Kyle enjoys spending time with his two boys, hitting the golf course, attending concerts, playing music/percussion with his future famous band, cooking, and traveling.

Jon has invested a majority of the last 2 decades building relationships and providing talent acquisition solutions to AEC firms on the East Coast. His passion for the industry and his desire to help clients “get the right people on the bus” keeps him engaged and motivated in his work.
Interests/Hobbies:
Jon loves supporting his daughters as they showcase their skills at All-Star Cheerleading Competitions. Additionally, he enjoys going for runs with his two affectionate pit bulls, and rocking out at a Metallica concert.
